Red Runner courier service can pick up, drop off, or deliver just about anything on campus and throughout the area. Along with package deliveries, Red Runner supplies transportation to internal and external VIP.

Most packages are delivered a short time after pickup, however, to meet the needs of customers requiring faster delivery, we offer Red Sprinter Rush Services. Rush (guaranteed delivery within three hours) and Super Rush (guaranteed delivery in one hour) are available upon request.

All package deliveries can be confirmed by e-mail at no charge, and Signature Service (confirmation showing date, time, and the signature of the designated recipient) is available for a fee.

Basic Rates—Effective August 1, 2007*

On-Campus Trips:

• Person: $10
  $6 each additional passenger
• Package: $9 first package each destination
  $6 each additional package to same destination

Off-Campus Trips:

• Person: $12
  $6 each additional passenger
• Package: $10

Signature Service:

• $3 per destination—confirmation with date, time, and signature of
  designated recipient.

Long Trips/Large Jobs:

• $45 per hour charged in 15-minute increments. Prior arrangements required.

• 50% surcharge over basic rates

Super Rush Service

• Guaranteed delivery within 1 hour
• 100% surcharge over basic rates

Long trips/large jobs (6 or more packages)

• $40 per hour charged in 15-minute increments. Prior arrangements required.

For all trips

• Excessive waiting or parcels, and trips cancelled less than 15 minutes in advance may be subject to a charge.

Red Runner is available for Cornell business only, and as such the exclusive method of payment is by department charge, billed on a monthly basis.
